Chuck Emge, a
Sales Associate, joined the Oxford Real Estate, Inc. family in January
of 2006. Chuck moved to the Oxford area 11 years ago, but has had
connections with the Oxford area for over 35 years. He was self
employed in the auto repair business for 28 years in Fairfield, Ohio
before starting a career in the building and remodeling business.
Chuck spent the last 2 years as the Chief Engineer at The Elms
Hotel. He is a member of the Oxford Lions Club and served 5 years
on the Board of Trustees for the Oxford Country Club, serving as

Greeson, a Sales Associate, is a 30 year resident of Oxford. Originally from the Chicago area, Marilyn has
also lived in Miami, Florida, Atlanta, Georgia and Bergen, Norway. She served as
the broker's assistant for 10 years. She first
received her real estate license in 1990. Prior to working in real
estate, Marilyn has worked for the Talawanda School District, Oxford
Parks and Recreation, as well as, the University of Miami, Eastern
Airlines, and Olsten Staffing. Marilyn's husband, Larry, is a professor
of Education Psychology at Miami University. Marilyn has three

Rick Woedl, a
Sales Associate, joined the Oxford Real Estate, Inc. family in December
2005. Rick is a native of Oxford. He was the owner of the
Oxford Decorating Center until it closed in 1996. Rick then worked
for a local building contractor. He has been involved with the
Oxford community through the Oxford Lions Club, St. Matthew Luthern
Church and by serving as an Advisor for a local 4-H

Jeff
Schroer
March
2, 1963 - July 20, 2006
Jeff was a native of Oxford.
He started the company in 1990. Since then, Jeff served as a Trustee and as President
of the Oxford Chamber of Commerce. He has been Past President of
the Oxford Board of Realtors and Oxford Lions Club. He was a
Founding Member of the Oxford Community Foundation. In addition, he served on the
Oxford Planning Commission for several years. In 1995, Jeff and
his wife, Karen, donated the land for Oxford's first Habitat for
Humanity home. Jeff has been
recognized by the Ohio Association of Realtors with the President's
Sales Club Award of Achievement numerous years and the President's Sales
Club Award of Distinction in '95, '98, '00, and '02 through '05.
