The Buyer's Agent represents YOU; not the Seller.  The Buyer's Agent works solely on your behalf in getting the best price and terms for a desired property.  Your Agent will have access to all available resources, such as the Multiple Listing Services, lenders, home inspections, home warranties and local contractors.

Our Buyer's Agents are committed to assisting only Buyers in all phases of house hunting, preparing the purchase contract and negotiating the price and terms of the sale.  Your Agent will oversee the entire process through closing and beyond.

Enlisting the expertise of a Buyer's Agent will greatly enhance your knowledge of the market and provide a comfort level in having exclusive representation  Best of all, IT'S FREE.  While our Buyer's Agents exclusively represent you, the Buyer, our fees are paid by the Seller, through a co-op fee offered by the listing Realtor.
