2012-2013 SCHOOL YEAR

Thank you for considering Oxford Real Estate, Inc. for your housing needs for the 2012-2013 school year. We will be signing leases for AVAILABLE properties on a first come, first serve basis. If you are looking for a single semester lease, please email us at rentals@oxre.com. We cannot offer single semester leases at this time, but we will contact you when we can. Listed below is the procedure that must be followed to secure housing from our company.

1. Click on one of the links on the left to view our properties. Updated packets will be available at our office at 9am and our website will be updated every evening, Monday through Friday.

2. Pick the prospective properties that you and your friends would like to call home for the 2012-2013 school year.

3. Contact our office to schedule a tour of the chosen prospective properties.

ONCE YOU'VE CHOSEN YOUR PROPERTY AND YOU ARE READY TO SIGN A LEASE, YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING WITH YOU TO SIGN:

· at least 50% of your roommates to sign the lease

· 100% of the required deposit

· 100% of the 1^st rent installment

· Parent Guarantees must be returned within 10 days of signing your lease. You will find the Parent Guarantee form by clicking on Documents.

WE CAN ONLY ACCEPT CHECKS, CASH OR MONEY ORDERS. No credit cards or wire transfers.
