Debra Nixon, In 1996, my life took an unexpected turn...I graduated from Miami University in 1995. After plans to move to Dallas, Texas fell through, I looked for work in the one place I call home, Oxford, Ohio. I was hired by Jeff Schroer, the founder of Oxford Real Estate, Inc. to be his assistant/office manager. In 1997, I received my Sales license. In 2004, the next level was achieved....my Broker's license.
